Freighter Vana Captain’s Log
Day 393
M. Koril
I pass my time lately practicing with the bat’leth in the cargo bays. Sylon and I try to keep our fighting skills sharp in case they are needed once again. It is good sport, and a much more interesting game than staring at bulkheads. My restless energy is put to work on something more productive.
Tovan and I barely speak anymore on matters besides business. He claims to prefer his solitude while flying the Vana. I try to respect his decision and keep my distance, but it is difficult sometimes to remember how close we once were. Sylon is a good sparring partner, but not such a great conversation partner.
