New theory as of this morning: the thunder is actually portals to hell opening, and the birds are coming out of them.

I’m tryinnnng to focus on the positives (I get to see my kitty, I get to retrieve some of my stuff, Avengers when I get back) but I’m still right on the edge of freaking out.
